Blockbout Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
Blockbout is developed and operated by its independent development team ("we", "us"). By installing or playing Blockbout you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required by the laws of your country to use online services without parental consent, or have that consent.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, non-commercial license to play Blockbout. No ownership rights are transferred.
4. Guest play and progress
There is no registration. Play is tied to an anonymous identifier stored on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data may permanently erase your progress, and we cannot recover it.
5. Acceptable use
- No cheating, exploits, bots, or automation.
- No attacking, overloading, or disrupting the service, and no scraping.
- No reverse engineering except where the law permits it regardless of this term.
- No unlawful use.
6. Intellectual property
The game, its code, art, sounds, and the Blockbout name belong to the developer. No rights are granted beyond the license above.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes the minimal, anonymous data the game handles.
8. Availability and changes
Blockbout is provided as a free independent game. Features may change, and the service may be suspended or discontinued at any time without liability, though we will try to give notice of a permanent shutdown.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights that cannot be waived.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the game (which is zero) or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. Mandatory local consumer protections prevail where they apply.
11. Termination
You may stop using Blockbout at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, cheating, or to protect the service.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes belong to the courts there, except where mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you additional rights or a different venue.
13. General
These terms are the entire agreement about the game. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued play means acceptance. The English version prevails over any translation.
