No. On first launch you pick a gamer tag (or skip and get one dealt to you). The app generates a random player ID on your device; that is the whole identity system. Details in the privacy policy.

You get a reconnect window. Rejoin in time and the bout continues where it left off; the clock does not wait for anyone, though.

Deleting the app removes your player ID from the device. For server-side records, email jayeshvanshajaisub@gmail.com with your guest ID; the privacy policy explains what little there is to delete.
